Repairing that injury or easing that muscle tightness is a partnership between us, effectively an agreement and in addition to the direct work you do with me it is essential that you take measures to build on that between treatments and long term to stay pain free. We will discuss practical ways that you can build on the treatment and I will advise on how you can exercise and improve your range of motion. If you have questions about your treatment or unexpected niggles between treatments we can please call me and if appropriate I will provide prevention advice.
