A patients first appointment will be 45 minutes to allow for taking case history, undertaking an assessment and advising on required treatment. Subsequent follow up appointments will be 30 minutes.
A home visit service is available to patients within a 10 mile radius of Weybridge for an additional £5 supplement. Patients requiring this service should contact me to discuss requirements.
Bespoke programmes and small business packages are available at discounted rates to support specific training programmes where regular maintenance or injury prevention is required. Ironman Training
The demands of multi-sport endurance training for the challenge of an Ironman event can severely test the body. Clients have combined a mix of monthly and later progressing to weekly maintenance to aid recovery from the demanding training schedules preparing for an Ironman requires.
Marathon Training
Whether preparing for a major city marathon such as London or New York or multi-day off road marathon events such as the Jurassic Coast or Atlantic Coast challenges, the increased mileage your body is required to support would benefit greatly from regular massage. In addition to aiding speed of recovery from those 20-mile training runs, a structured package of treatment will also greatly reduce risk of injury – something none of us want to happen to hinder or training or put even participating in that event at risk. A monthly massage during the earlier build up phases supplemented by more regular sessions after long runs and finally the all important pre and post event massages should be part of your training plan.
